Shipping

We ship worldwide and the store is setup to calculate postage around the globe.  Some shipping methods offered are only standard airmail with no tracking.  Unfortunately our Australian postal service is very expensive for express or registered post, however if you are wanting a price on this, please contact us before placing your order.

Your Shipping Estimate
You can get a shipping estimate of your cart contents by going to the shopping cart page and you will see there is an area (lower right) where you can choose your Country/State.   When you update it gives you your shipping charge.  No need to login or register to see shipping costs.

Shipping/Postage Contractors
We are now using Australia Post E-Parcel Service for all our shipping in Australia.  This allows online tracking for regular postage as well as Express postage and a signature on delivery.  If you ask us to "leave your parcel" on delivery then all liabilities are waived once the parcel is registered with Australia Post and you acknowledge that should the package go missing, we are unable to replace it for you.

The option for small postage on some items is available ie; single cartomisers, drip tips or disposable ecigs.  The option will show up at checkout if the items you are purchasing can be sent this way.

Free Shipping
Our FREE SHIPPING offer is available for orders to the value of $140 or more being delivered in Australia only. Free shipping is for standard postage only.  International orders will incur a shipping fee.

Weight Calculation
You may notice that the weight showing in the cart of your product is less than the shipping weight choices you are given.  The weight shown in the cart is the net product weight and our shipping charges are based on postage cost from  Australia Post and additional packaging. 

We package our products well to ensure that you don't get damaged goods on delivery.
