Terms and Conditions

All sales are final.  Changes to orders of hand made juices can only be made prior to "production" beginning on the item.  If you wish to change something please email us at sales@juicewhore.com and we'll be happy to see what we can do to assist. 

Payment for all orders must be made prior to "production" of the product purchased.  Direct Deposit is available on request but our preferred payment method is Paypal. No orders will be processed until funds have been received and cleared at our bank.

Please allow 2 business days for processing of your order once payment has been completed.  This allows us to process the order and place into production.  At peak times the processing time may vary, however you will be able to check the status of your order by logging into your account and viewing orders placed.

Refunds are granted only if a product is faulty.  This does not mean you can order a juice and say "I don't like that flavour, can I have my money back ?".  We try hard to please, but all tastes are different and whilst we want to make sure everyone is happy with their purchase, sometimes this isn't possible and we will certainly consider any requests made. Purchasing the smaller 10ml sizes of juices will allow you to sample the product prior to purchasing a larger quantity. 

If you receive a product that you believe is inferior or faulty, please contact us at support@juicewhore.com for instructions on how to proceed.  Return postage of faulty items is at the purchasers cost. If the item is deemed to be faulty we will happily refund or replace the total order amount including the original shipping cost to the purchaser.

JuiceWhore currently has two authorised Resellers.  www.ecigswarehouse.com.au and www.bozecig.com.au  Our resellers offer a limited range of only 10ml size doublers.  Larger sizes are available directly from this site as well as our full range of flavours.

Pending orders on the system will be automatically deleted after three (3) days.

Important Notice  - Hardware Warranties

Some of our hardware items have warranties provided by the manufacturer.  The warranty period is stated on the product page.  There may be conditional warranties imposed to certain products including atomizers, cartomizers and batteries.  Please read the warranty details on the page of the product in question.  Certain items do not have warranties as it is impossible to ascertain the type of electronic device the end using may be applying to the item such as a Low Resistance Atomizer being used on a high voltage unit.

If a device is examined by us and determined to have been mistreated, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/replacement of the item.

At JuiceWhore.com we are extremely conscious of keeping your personal details private.  As a registered customer you may receive emails from us for promotional purposes and you may opt out of receiving emails from us, unless of course it is for order confirmations and information relating to an order you have placed with us.  We will not share your personal information with external sources.
